What to Bring

Because the camp dorms and buses have space limitations, please do not bring more than one suitcase, sleeping bag, pillow, and a small carry-on bag for the bus. Make sure to put your child’s name on valuable items.

Please do not send new or expensive clothes to camp. Being outdoors greatly increases
the chances that clothes will get dirty or ruined. The showers are not located in the
dorms. Thus, you may want to send a bag or basket for your child to carry their
soap and shampoo.

Campers should bring the following items to camp:

  • Sleeping bag and pillow (many kids bring a fitted sheet for the mattress)
  • Rain coat or jacket
  • Extra underwear and socks
  • Swimsuit and beach towel
  • Separate Shower Towel
  • Shorts and long pants
  • Warm sweatshirt
  • Old dark clothes (used for night games)
  • Flashlight (not required!)
  • Toiletry Bag or Bucket: Brush, Sunscreen, Bug Spray, Soap, Deodorant,
    Shampoo, Toothpaste and Toothbrush
  • Brush
  • Two Pair of Shoes: shoes get wet at camp.
  • Sandals or Crocs
  • Medicine in a clear plastic bag with your child’s name on it and instructions.
Small garbage bag for wet clothes with child’s name written on the side
(makes it easier to find their stuff when the bus is unloaded).
  • Flashlight (optional)

LEAVE IT AT HOME (please and thank you)

  • Money – candy store is already calculated into the total camp price
  • cell phones
  • ipads and other tablets
  • handheld game systems (gameboy, etc.)
